01 — What we do

Two routes to a second jurisdiction, one team behind them.

CITIZENSHIP

Citizenship by investment

Caribbean and Pacific programs with defined contribution routes — from eligibility through to passport issuance and onward banking.

RESIDENCE

Residence by investment

EU and Gulf residence permits via real estate, funds, or business investment, structured for renewal and eventual naturalisation.

STRUCTURING

Corporate & holding structures

Holding vehicles, trusts, and operating entities sized to the program, the family, and the tax position behind it.

ADVISORY

Cross-border advisory

Due diligence, source-of-funds files, and banking introductions — the unglamorous work that gets applications approved.

02 — How an engagement runs

From first call to settled status.

01

Eligibility assessment

We confirm what you qualify for before you spend a euro on filing fees.

02

Jurisdiction & structure

We match program to objective and design the holding structure around it.

03

Application & diligence

We prepare the dossier and manage due diligence to the program's standard.

04

Approval & settlement

We see it through approval, issuance, banking, and renewal.

04 — The firm

Built for one thing: getting families across borders cleanly.

BNO Partners is an independent advisory firm working only on residence, citizenship, and the structures around them. We are not a passport reseller — we are the team a family office calls when the file has to be right the first time. Engagements are fixed-scope, conflicts are disclosed, and we say no when a program isn't the right fit.

Most clients reach us after a previous application stalled, or before one ever begins, because the variables that decide an outcome — source-of-funds documentation, residence requirements, tax exposure in the home jurisdiction, and the banking that has to follow — rarely sit with a single adviser. We hold all of them in one mandate, so nothing falls between a developer, a local agent, and an accountant who never speak to each other.

05 — Why families work with us

The difference is in the file, not the brochure.

ONE MANDATE

A single point of accountability

One engagement covers the program, the structure, the documentation, and the banking. You are not left coordinating four advisers who each blame the others when a deadline slips.

DILIGENCE FIRST

We pressure-test before you file

Source-of-funds gaps, name-match issues, and residence-day shortfalls are the quiet reasons applications fail. We surface them at the assessment stage, while they are still fixable.

DISCRETION

Built for confidentiality

Family offices share information with us that does not belong in a sales pipeline. Files are handled on a need-to-know basis and held only as long as a jurisdiction requires.

LIFE AFTER APPROVAL

We stay through renewal

A passport or permit is the start, not the finish. We track renewal dates, physical-presence rules, and banking relationships so a hard-won status is not lost to an administrative lapse.

06 — Common questions

What clients ask first.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends entirely on the route. A Pacific citizenship program can conclude in roughly two months, while an EU residence permit that leads toward naturalisation is measured in years, not weeks. We give you a realistic timeline at the assessment stage and update it as a jurisdiction's processing times shift — we do not promise dates we cannot control.

Do you guarantee approval?

No serious adviser can, and any that does is selling you something. What we control is the quality and completeness of the file. Our role is to make sure that when a due-diligence unit reviews your application, there is nothing left unexplained — which is why our approval record sits where it does.

Can you help with the tax side?

We design the corporate and holding structure around your program and coordinate qualified tax counsel in each jurisdiction. We do not file your taxes, and nothing on this site is tax advice — but we make sure the people who do give that advice are in the room before decisions are made, not after.

What does it cost to start?

The initial eligibility assessment establishes what you realistically qualify for and what it would take. Government and program fees are passed through at cost; our advisory fee is fixed-scope and disclosed before any work begins. We take no commission from developers or agents, so the recommendation you receive is the one that fits.
